Curado Blanco „ Blue Agave & Cocido ” Mexican tequila 40% vol. 0.70 l
Curado, inspirované legendou oboru Tomasem Estesem, je první tequila na světě, která je naplněna vařeným agáve. Při výrobě Curada začínáme s Blanco 100% tequilou od renomovaného Master Distillera Carlose Camareny jako základem, pak tekutinu vyluhujeme s kousky vařeného agáve pomocí našeho patentovaného postupu.
Vařené agáve v infuzích Curado pochází z různých oblastí v Mexiku, včetně Jalisco, Oaxaca a Michoacan. Každá odrůda agáve použitá pro infuzi se vaří tradičními metodami příslušné oblasti a dodává Curadu přirozenou barvu a jemnou sladkost.
Řada Curado Tequila je poměrně zajímavá, protože se vyrábí ze 100% agáve Blue Weber (zatím normální), ale po destilaci je napuštěna vařeným agáve různých odrůd. Tento konkrétní výraz byl naplněn agáve Cupreata, která pomohla posílit rostlinné, kořenité tóny v jeho jádru.
Barva: zlatá.
Aroma: květinové, kořenité, bylinkové.
Chuť: nasládlá, kouřová, citrusové plody, karamelová.
Závěr: dlouhotrvající, pikantní.
K výrobě Curada se používá blanco tequila z Vysočiny Jalisco, tekutina se pak zalije kousky vařené agáve. Zpočátku se v infuzích používala pouze modrá agáve z Jalisco, ale projekt se brzy vyvinul tak, aby zahrnoval další odrůdy agáve z jiných oblastí Mexika. Každá odrůda agáve je vařena pomocí techniky každé příslušné oblasti a poté převezena do Jalisco.
